Sorbonne production field in New Zealand(June 16th,2008)

For our own productionfield of lilium Sorbonne in New Zealand we had argument with Vletter and den Haan in recent weeks. This argument was about our license and the production acreage.

This matter resulted into a courtcase that was lost by van Zanten Flowerbulbs. The court decided that we loose our license for Sorbonne and that we must stop for the production of Sorbonne bulbs.

We apologize to Vletter and den Haan for our made mistake.

The actual result now is that we do not have Sorbonne bulbs from our own nursery. We have to announce the undermentioned shortages for Sorbonne orders crop 2008 New Zealand.

The bulbs we remain to deliver are purchased bulbs from Bakker nursery.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these shortages.

Best regards,

Hans Damen
